I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering therapy for youth and adults across Ontario. My focus includes anxiety, depression, burnout, self esteem, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also support immigrants and newcomers who may be navigating emotional, cultural, or identity-related stress while adjusting to life in a new country.
My approach is compassionate, goal-oriented, and intentional—grounded in empathy and respect, and guided by evidence-based techniques. I’m committed to providing a safe and culturally sensitive space, where your experiences are understood and your values are honoured.
